themannequeen's items are shipped using SingPost. Please note that themannequeen shall not be responsible for parcels lost during delivery by SingPost if you opt for normal postage. Registered postage is encouraged as it allows you to track and trace your purchase once items are posted.

Payment Options
We accept all major local ATM Bank transfers from major local and overseas banks for Singapore customers.
Kindly note that themannequeen does not accept partial payments and transactions are deemed complete upon receipt of full final payment.
Please note: Change in Purchase Policy
To deter dead buyers who have been holding up items meant for genuine buyers, themannequeen has decided to change our purchase policy with immediate effect:
- Submit Order Form only after you have made payment
- Indicate in the Order Form your transaction reference number and the sum transferred
- Only paid orders are considered sold, no reservation of item allowed
- If item is sold out, themannequeen will refund full sum to buyer promptly
- Normal postage is $1.50 per apparel, $1.00 per necklace, $0.50 per pair of earrings. Discounts do not apply to postage fees. Add $2.24 to the final sum if you opt for Registered postage.
- For any additional item, pls add $0.50 to postage.
- Please note that postage includes handling and delivery charges
- Pls use formula: Cost stated - Discount (if applicable) + Postage + Registered (if opt for)
- Dead buyers are blacklisted in our records
