2. Kindly ensure that payment is made within 24 hours after the Confirmation Email has been sent to you. Orders will be void and sold to the next buyer if payment is not received within this time period.

3. For ATM transfer, please email (themannequeen@gmail.com) or sms us (provided in the Confirmation Email) the Transaction Reference Number and Amount transferred.

4. themannequeen shall not be responsible for parcels lost during delivery by SingPost if you opt for normal postage.

5. Items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.
