Register With Us

To register with themannequeen, simply make a purchase with us once! Key in all your particulars in our order form when you make your first purchase; it is this easy! Thereafter, your contact no. shall be your username and there is no need to fill out the remaining details anymore!

Why do I have to register?

You are not required to re-enter your particulars or shipping address the next time you order from us. We shall provide you your username (ie contact no.) on your first order with us; simply key in this username when making your subsequent orders. The purchase will be delivered to the registered address on record, unless you tell us otherwise.

What if my account information changes?

Just send us an email (themannequeen@gmail.com) to inform us.



PRODUCT INFORMATION

Prices and Currency:

All prices are stated in Singapore Currency (SGD).

Out of Stock Items:

themannequeen may not replenish stock if the product is sold out. Do indicate your interest in our items by emailing us at themannequeen@gmail.com and we shall see if we can try to backorder the popular sold-out items.

Colors and Measurements:

themannequeen makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual colors vary depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor reflects the actual product. Measurements are made in inches while the item is laid flat and unstretched.

How to Order:

At the home page, click on a category of your choice. Click on an item to read about the details and description. Decide on the colour / size (if applicable), and then click on Buy This!. Here’s something different at themannequeen. To deter dead buyers who have been holding up items meant for genuine buyers, we request buyers to pay to secure their items with us first.

Add up the final cost [Total cost of Item(s) – Discount (if applicable) + Postage + Registered (if opted for)] and make ATM transfer to our stated bank accounts first. Then fill in the required details (mandatory for all first-time buyers) in the Order Form and wait for our Payment Receipt Email. It is this simple!

The Payment Receipt Email shall provide the final billing amount and the availability status of all the item(s) selected in the Order Form. We will also inform you if we have successfully received the payment. Should any of the item(s) you had paid for is unavailable / sold out, we will refund the excess to you in full.

You may submit multiple forms within 2 hours (to be regarded as a single transaction) if the given fields exceed your total number of purchases. themannequeen will send you a Delivery Email when your items have been posted out.

themannequeen does not process orders by phone or email.

themannequeen does not accept any reservation request; all items will be sold on a first-pay-first-serve basis.


Modify / Cancel / Refund Order:

themannequeen makes every possible effort to process orders as soon as they are received. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after payment has been made. However, please be assured that every item is checked thoroughly before posting.
